The spacious, modern “Roen” apartment has a kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a Swiss pine bed, a bathroom with rain shower and a garden terrace.
The apartment is equipped with: electric kitchen stove, Refrigerator with freezer compartment, Dishwasher, Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, toaster, Satellite TV/radio, WLAN internet connection, safe, hoover, hairdryer.
Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided and can be changed as needed.
A cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests on request.

The price includes final cleaning, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, the guest card (Südtirol Guest Pass), electricity, water, Wi-Fi and parking.
With the Südtirol Guest Pass, you can use public transport within the südtirolmobil network during your stay at no additional fare. This includes regional buses and trains in South Tyrol and the Mendel funicular in Caldaro. Regional trains can also be used as far as Trento.
The guest card is personal and valid for the duration of your stay. Please validate the QR code before each journey at the blue validators on the bus or at the station. Long-distance trains and bicycle transport are not included. Other benefits depend on the card variant.
A tourist tax was introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014. It amounts to €2.00 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over and is collected on site.
For stays of up to 4 days, final cleaning costs €25.00.

The apartment is available from 2.00pm on the arrival day (or according to prior agreement) and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure.

For cancellations within 2 months of the start of your holiday, late arrivals or early departures, we charge up to 3 days.
